Congratulations! We have completed all 31 days of the Just For Today Challenge – 31 Days To A Better You series. All good things must come to an end, and so it was for this series.

It’s hard to believe, but we have made daily Just For Today changes in our lives for the past month. These weren’t New Years Resolutions, but small daily actions that we could do Just For Today to make a difference.
I hope you weren’t disappointed and my guarantee that you will be a better person at the end of the Challenge came true.
Rather than provide a review of every Challenge that we have completed over the last month, I thought I would break it down by different areas, according to the stats.

It looks from the stats that there are some areas which everyone can use some improvement in and some areas that people didn’t resonate with. That’s okay. It was tough to come up with different challenges each day that would make a difference for everyone.
My personal favourite challenges and the ones which had the most impact on me personally was Day 3: Wake Up Earlier and Day 25: Turn Off The Negativity. Waking up earlier than my usual time has really increased my productivity. Even though it’s just a half-hour earlier, I get a lot more done and am not so stressed before leaving for work. Being able to dampen down the negative voice inside my head has also affected me as it can be a constant battle to push through the fear and move forward towards my goals.
The post that I had the most fun writing was Day 23: Be Creative Today. It was fun coming up with all sorts of different ways that we can be creative and I had a good time remembering when I was a child. I was so creative back then!
The hardest post was yesterday’s post as it was the last post in the series
I just want to say Thank You So Much for being part of the community here at A Meaningful Existence. Knowing that you are ‘out there’ counting on me to write and inspire you each day of the Challenge definitely motivated me to stretch myself as a writer.
I think the best part of the challenges is the comments that people have written about how each Challenge affected them. We have some amazing readers here and it was interesting to read the responses to the Challenges.
Also, I’m working on some amazing stuff for you, so even though the Challenge series is over, there will be more great personal development articles where you can find inspiration and motivation to put meaning into your existence.
Now it’s YOUR turn. What was your favourite Challenge? What was your least favourite Challenge? What affected you the most? I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

Again Karen – a great series and a supreme achievement
Give yourself a pat on the back!
Can’t wait for to get my ebook
Ben´s last blog ..Don’t make me think. Email hacks to make you more productive
Thanks so much, Ben. It was a lot of hard work, but well worth it.
Let me know what you think about it.
Thanks,
Karen
Karen,
I haven’t followed your 31 day challenges but I will go back and give them a read. Maybe I can incorporate them slowly myself

Hi Moon,
Why not subscribe to my newsletter – that way you get the ebook version and read it at your leisure?
Slow is good. Too many changes and they won’t stick. Pick something that you think you will succeed at it and give it your best shot.
Thanks,
Karen
Congratulations Karen! It’s been a great series, and as Ben said, you deserve a pat on the back for that!
I think that the most influential challenge for me was ‘Say Yes’. It came towards the end, but it also evoked the most fear to do, and ultimately could have changed the most (still don’t know about that yet, as I haven’t heard anything back
)
Looking forward to seeing where you go next.

Heather´s last blog ..Review: Infernum The Art of Jason Engle
Hi Heather,
I liked that one, too. Don’t stress about it – you should be proud of yourself for taking the first step in contacting them. No matter what happens, you didn’t let your fear hold you back and it will be easier next time.
Thanks very much,
Karen
Hey Karen,
I’m just ignoring it until something comes of it really, just feels good to have done it anyway
What was your favourite day overall?
Heather´s last blog ..Review: Infernum The Art of Jason Engle
Hi Heather,
My favourite day was thinking and writing my 101 Things To Do Before I Die list. It really got me thinking of what I wanted to do and focused me on how I can accomplish them.
Also, even though the No TV day was really hard, I found that the more I turned it off after that day, the easier it came to leave it off.
Thanks,
Karen
Know what you mean – glad you had fun doing these as well.

Hi Karen.
My favorite challenge would be Day 5: 10 reasons why I love you. For me, it was also the most challenging because it was really hard to put those reasons on paper. Of all the 31 challenges, it affected me most. I also like 101 things to do before you die and suspend reality for today. The least challenging? The ‘no TV’ challenge was really easy for me. I can live without it. I’m used to it.
Thank you for the Just For Today Challenge series. In it simple ways, it has touched me. I love it.

Hi Eric,
Yes, I think you were one of my first commenters on this Challenge, so thanks for sticking with me until the series was finished. I’m glad that the challenges were simple enough to make a change in your life – which was the intent
I liked the 101 Things, too. The No TV was a little bit harder for me to give up, but I managed it for the entire day. The good news is that I’m watching a lot less TV and have so much else to do now instead of just sitting there being bored half the time.
Thanks so much,
Karen
Karen, I saw your web page and got the download link to the challenge. I am so proud of you and very impressive. Well done, Karen. Jane.
Thanks, Jane. Glad that you like the Challenge and the site
